BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

A) Plan, establish, communicate, and transmit sales objectives to your team or contractors by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories

B) Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products & markets

C) Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets, and reaching targets and goals set for assigned territories with your team

D) Strategies, plan, execute, control, and review team project activities by developing field sales action plans for your team members or contractors.

E) Manage your team or contractors by planning, scheduling, and assigning them all sales and marketing-related activities

F) Recruit, select, orientate, train, counsel, discipline, monitor, and appraise your team on their job performance

G) Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, carrying out own research and study, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional networks

H) Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base while servicing the needs of your existing customers

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Any field
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the construction or engineering services industry.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Contribute to team effort by achieving other corporate targets and objectives
-Good organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary colleagues at all levels
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
-Ability to exercise objective judgement with strong logical and critical thinking skills.
-Able to work in various locations on same day.
