PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for management of strategic account(s) as assigned by the department head.
- Main liaison party with Key Accounts Customers and to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as the warehouse implementation teams in order to plan, execute and deliver business solutions for the customers successfully.
- Ensure Key Accounts Customers are satisfied with the service/performance level of operations in each country and work closely with each Country's warehouse operation to deliver agreed service levels, which ranges from warehouse inventory and stock management, order & delivery fulfilment and last mile services.
- Responsible for customer relations and quality management programme, including programme to achieve excellence in customer service.
- Build strong working relationship with the KA Customers and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for market intelligence and business development activities to achieve growth in designated accounts through expansion of services and geography.
- Responsible for setting of performance measurement / matrix to measure the well-being of the designated account in terms of operations, bottom line and growth.
- Responsible to work closely with designated Key Accounts warehouse operation teams to enhance processes to reduce costs to enable YCH to be more competitive and continuous improvement.
- Prepare commercial and pricing analysis.
- Responsible for the maintenance, updating commercial contractual agreements.
- Be the champion in the renewal of Key Account contracts.
- Responsible for monthly reporting to management.
- Responsible for the profit and loss reporting for each account.
- Responsible for supporting strategic projects as assigned by management.
- Responsible to manage and run warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns for customers.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by top Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Logistics industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
- In depth knowledge of 3PL Contract Logistics and related activities such Fulfilment, Transportation and Freight.
- Knowledge in Logistics business and its operating parameters.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- With strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels in and outside the organization.
- Competent in preparing business plans and feasibility studies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
