PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities across target industries, with a strong focus on cold chain, pharma/healthcare, and warehousing solutions.
- Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts as designated by the GM/KAM/Sales, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Ensure Key Account customers receive consistent service excellence across all operating countries by working closely with local Operations teams to meet agreed service levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both Key Account customers and internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development activities to achieve revenue growth through expanded services and geographical coverage.
- Formulate and implement tactical sales and marketing strategies to support short-term wins and long-term account growth.
- Lead the design and development of customized supply chain solutions to address customer needs and create value.
- Collaborate with Key Account Operations teams to identify process enhancement opportunities, drive cost reduction, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead and participate in all RFQ/RFP/RFI tender submissions, ensuring competitive proposals and alignment with customer requirements.
- Manage and update commercial and contractual agreements for assigned accounts.
- Work with internal teams (corporate and country level) to meet solutioning, tender, and operational requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cold Chain and Pharma/Healthcare verticals.
- Provide monthly reports on account performance, pipeline updates, and key developments to management.
- Manage P&L performance for assigned accounts to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.
- Perform any other duties as required by top management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably with exposure to cold chain, warehousing, or pharma/healthcare logistics.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter) and key account management, including customer retention and upselling.
- Strong business acumen with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly analytical, with strong ability to develop business proposals and customer presentations.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
