Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager to expand our footprint in the hospitality sector across mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within commercial sector especially the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and related commercial establishments).
- Recommend and tailor innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling within the hospitality or commercial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, self driven and results focused with minimal supervision.
- Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
- Good knowledge of the hospitality landscape in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be added bonus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
- Willing to travel regionally when required.
