Ollins is a fast-growing cold chain solutions company specializing in advanced PCM (Phase Change Material) packaging systems for temperature-sensitive logistics.

We help businesses move food, pharma, and critical goods across Asia reliably without depending on active refrigeration.

Our focus: smarter, modular, and scalable cold chain solutions built for tropical environments.

What You'll Be Doing
This is not a sit-and-wait sales role. You will be out there building markets.

  • Drive B2B business across Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and beyond)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in: cold chain logistics (3PLs), food manufacturers / exporters, pharma & healthcare (future expansion)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional clients
  • Conduct product presentations, solution pitching, and negotiations
  • Work closely with internal teams on customised solutions for clients
  • Develop strategic partnerships and distributor networks
  • Travel within Asia for client meetings and market expansion


What We're Looking For

  • We want someone hungry-not someone just open to opportunities.
  • 1-5 years in sales / business development (B2B preferred)
  • Experience in logistics, cold chain, packaging, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, build-from-zero environment
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to open doors (not just wait for leads)
  • Willing to travel regionally


Bonus points if you:

  • Already have contacts in logistics / food / supply chain sectors
  • Understand cross-border trade in Asia
