Business Development and Sales Manager/Executive

Our client is establishing a new Singapore hub and is seeking a commercially driven individual to support the growth of its presence across Singapore and the wider region. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.
It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys contributing to the development of a business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to support business expansion objectives
- Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities into sustainable client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution presentation through to negotiation and closing
- Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, operational and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and strong client outcomes
- Gather market insights and client feedback to support commercial strategy, product positioning and future development
- Contribute to the setup and refinement of sales processes, CRM usage and reporting frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial, technical or laboratory-related sectors
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in an expansion environment
