Business Development and Sales / designer executive

1) Customer Service : Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7.

Establish and maintain customer satisfaction to ensure consistent and high quality of the experience.

2) Sales and Marketing : Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.

3) Looking for opportunies to collaboate with other companies to grow sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

. Proven experience in retail business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

. Driven with passion and excellence with great attention to details in his role.

. Ability to create new market and different chanels for sales.

EDUCATIONS:

. Bacehlors Degree in Business Administration, retail management or related field is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

. Daily travel between locations, 2 stores , warehouses for stock taking. The role will require working on

weekends, holidays and mall hour is our operating hours.

. The role requires hand-on management skills to ensure the retail operations runs effectively and profitability.
