Job Description: Business Development and Partnerships Executive / Senior Executive

Serving close to 800 beneficiaries/artists with disabilities in each year, we champion arts access and professional development for persons with disabilities. Founded in 1993, we promote visual, performing and literary arts, and have different developmental pathways such as foundational regular classes, progressing into industry mentorship programmes and showcase platforms.
Role Description:
This role drives the growth of ARTDIS (Singapore) Ltd's private-sector revenue to strengthen the Charity's long-term financial sustainability. It supports partnerships and business development efforts end-to-end, from initial client engagement through to project delivery.
The individual will proactively cultivate and manage relationships with donors, corporate partners and new leads, working independently, and collaboratively with the team, to develop and execute initiatives that generate income and strategic value for ARTDIS.
Partnership initiatives involve working with corporate partners to align their CSR and ESG objectives with ARTDIS mission, through projects such as commissioned artworks, staff engagement workshops, corporate gifting, and artist performances at corporate events.
This role requires confidence in engaging the corporate sector, the ability to manage end-to-end partnerships and contracts, and the initiative to unlock new opportunities that support ARTDIS programmes and artists.
Role Deliverables
- Grow private-sector revenue through partnerships, sponsorships and business development initiatives
- Secure and manage corporate partnerships aligned with ARTDIS mission and programmes
- Develop and deliver income-generating projects, from concept and proposal to execution and reporting
- Lead and support regular event activations, including corporate, fundraising and public-facing events, in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles, including negotiations, contracts and delivery milestones
- Deliver key fundraising initiatives, including annual events and targeted giving campaigns
- Identify, cultivate and convert new corporate and donor leads into active partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver partnership offerings such as commissioned artworks, workshops, corporate gifting and performances
- Ensure high-quality partner experience and long-term relationship management
- Track partnership outcomes, revenue targets and event deliverables against agreed objectives
- Contribute to strengthening ARTDIS financial sustainability and growth of unrestricted funding
Key Skills, Competencies & Behaviours
- Proven track record in securing five- and six-figure partnerships through fundraising, sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and close with senior business leaders and decision-makers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop donor-aligned proposals, pitch decks and reports
- Highly self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across cross-functional teams within ARTDIS
- Strong alignment with ARTDIS mission and commitment to advancing inclusion through the arts
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant experience working with corporate clients in sales, partnerships, fundraising or project management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline aligned to the competencies of the role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated interest in, or experience working with, the disability or social sector
- Ability to work sensitively and respectfully with persons with disabilities
