Job Responsibility:      

·      Generate sales leads, attend conferences and liaise with potential clients to understand their needs

·      Manage and liaise with partners across the region

·      Perform sales planning, monitor sales performance

·      Perform product demo and close deals

·      Manage client's procurement process and information security assessment process

·      Manage accounts to ensure renewal

·      Suggest improvement of company website for better marketing effectiveness

·      Prepare for the sales and marketing materials

·      Other ad-hoc assignment may be required if necessary

Job Requirement:

·      Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant degrees

·      At least 3 years experience in IT software sales, sales strategy and sales operations is required

·      Experience in partnership management is required

·      Experience in the sales of HR Information Systems or ERP System is a bonus

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial

·      The candidate shall be outgoing, driven, charismatic and a good team player

·      Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is bonus

·      Professional in written and spoken English is also required
