Business Development Advisor (China)
The Business Development Advisor (China) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with potential investors and strategic partners in China. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, connecting potential investors, and supporting investment discussions, while working closely with the Group's leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential investors, strategic partners, and business networks in China
- Facilitate introductions between prospective investors and company's senior management
- Support the planning and execution of capital raising initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential investors
- Provide market insights on investor sentiment, trends, and opportunities in China
- Assist in preparing and localising presentation materials for the China market
- Support negotiations and discussions, where required, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Shall not engage in any regulated activities and will act solely in an introductory and facilitative capacity
Requirements
- Strong network within China's business and investment community
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or investor engagement
- Familiarity with cross-border investments between China and Singapore preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage senior stakeholder relationships
