Business Development Admin

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Basic up to $2,800
• Location: Kallang
• Renewable yearly contract

Job Scope:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Set appointments for sales team
• Follow up on inquiries and warm leads
• Update customer details in CRM/database
• Build pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understand customer needs and pass quality leads to sales team
• Achieve daily / weekly call and lead targets
• Prepare simple reports on calls, leads, and conversion rates
• Maintain professional communication with prospects
