JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand client very well.
- To be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/extend customer's businesses
- Plan and tract & document key action points for each client and report to management
- Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
- Follow and drive forecasted sales targets
- Aid is service operation
- Any other duties as and when assigned
