Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Account Manager to accelerate our market expansion and strengthen our presence in the IT solutions space. This role focuses heavily on acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across SME and enterprise segments to drive revenue growth
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts by developing tailored strategies to increase recurring revenue
- Promote and position IT solutions including cloud solutions, hosting services, managed IT services, endpoint management and security solutions, and systems integration services such as cloud migration and technology refresh projects
- Conduct customer presentations and solution discussions to effectively communicate value propositions and develop proposals that meet client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, refine, and deliver customized IT solutions that address client requirements and business objectives
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners to expand market reach and build a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain and deepen partner relationships by co-selling and executing joint go-to-market initiatives that align with mutual business goals
- Monitor partner performance and drive accountability to ensure achievement of shared targets
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth through disciplined pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide regular sales reporting to support strategic decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Diploma or higher in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred
- Familiarity or hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, hosting and infrastructure services, managed IT services, endpoint security and management solutions, and systems integration or IT project delivery
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements and deal closures
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams to achieve sales objectives
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach to managing sales activities and customer relationships
- Confident and outgoing personality with effectiveness in building professional networks
