Role Description
This is a full-time contract, on-site role located in Singapore for a Business Development & Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing leads, coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maintain and grow key accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in Account Management and effectively managing client portfolios
- Strong abilities in Relationship Building and cultivating partnerships for long-term success
- Competence in delivering high-quality Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the creative, media, or digital marketing industry is advantageous
