My client, regional brand operator is currently undergoing a phase of growth and are expanding across Asia. With this growth, they are looking for a Business Development Director, SEA to lead brand acquisition and market expansion strategy, building a high-quality portfolio of brands and turning them into profitable businesses across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new global brands aligned with business growth strategy.
- Build and manage a robust business development pipeline from lead generation to signed partnerships.
- Own commercial negotiations, brand onboarding, and go-to-market readiness.
- Develop market entry and expansion strategies to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in brand acquisition or business development.
- Proven track record of onboarding and scaling brands across online and offline channels.
- Equipped with strong commercial, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
