Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and highly organized Business Delivery Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across business functions. This role plays a key role in driving business readiness and execution across critical product platforms ensuring that key business projects and partnerships are delivered efficiently, aligned with business goals, and supported by strong cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Define and align project goals, business outcomes, and timelines with internal stakeholders
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple business initiatives from initiation through execution
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation
- Ensure all project documentation (e.g., meeting notes, decision logs, timelines) is accurate and up to date
Business Analysis & Process Coordination
- Gather and analyze business requirements from key departments and translate them into actionable plans
- Map and document current and future-state workflows and identify gaps or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on processes, tools, and business impact assessments
- Work with delivery and commercial teams to ensure readiness for go-to-market execution
Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Oversee the implementation of business projects, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and operational teams to support regulatory or business-readiness needs
- Lead coordination for product/service rollouts, client onboarding, partnership launches and go-live ownership
- Collect feedback, track performance outcomes, and recommend post-launch improvements
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business project delivery, business operations, or strategic execution roles
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, compliance, or regulated industries is a plus
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Adept at working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Solid understanding of business processes, project lifecycles, and internal delivery frameworks
- Familiarity with operational risk, compliance checkpoints, and performance metrics
- Exposure to change management or business transformation is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms is preferred.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- PMP, Prince2, PMI-PBA, or equivalent project/business delivery certifications
