Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive professional to bridge business and technical teams by understanding workflows, identifying gaps, and driving process improvements. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, support delivery from start to finish, and ensure solutions meet user needs through testing and adoption. The role also involves stakeholder communication, basic change management, and continuous process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Proactively engage with different teams to understand their daily workflows and operational processes
Observe and analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Independently suggest and drive process and system improvements (not just respond to requests)
Translate business needs and observed workflow gaps into clear, structured technical requirements
Document requirements in a way that is actionable and easy for the Tech team to execute
Work closely with the Tech team during development to clarify requirements and ensure proper implementation
Track progress of features and enhancements from ideation through to delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet business needs
Follow up on implemented features to ensure effectiveness, usability, and adoption by users
Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities across teams
Support change management by preparing documentation, user guides, and training materials
Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems
Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to support a more proactive and data-driven Tech function
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, data analysis or a similar role
Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and operational challenges
Proven ability to identify process improvements independently
Experience translating business needs into clear, structured technical specifications
Ability to work with and analyse complex datasets to support decision-making
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, especially in working with non-technical stakeholders
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple requests and stakeholders effectively
Hands-on experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle (gathering, refining, documenting, validating)
Experience supporting development cycles, including requirement clarification and iteration with Tech teams
Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating delivered features
Strong sense of ownership from problem identification through to solution delivery
Ability to challenge existing processes and propose better alternatives
Experience in change management, including creating user documentation and training materials
Ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes within teams
