Role Description The Business Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to structure agreements that support rig management, technical services, and project management activities. The Business Contract Manager will analyze contract terms, assess risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate contract documentation and records. Day-to-day activities also include coordinating proposal inputs, supporting bid preparations, and providing clear communication on contract obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
