Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Continuity Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience and minimize business disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Implement strategies and processes to mitigate operational risks and ensure continuity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate business continuity into daily operations
- Lead training, drills, and awareness programs to ensure preparedness across the organization
- Monitor regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to business continuity
- Prepare reports and present business continuity performance metrics to senior management
- Respond to incidents and provide guidance during disruptions to maintain operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for business resilience and recovery planning
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or operational resilience
- Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, standards (ISO 22301), and best practices
- Experience conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA regulatory environment is a plus
