About the Company

Jenga, a subsidiary of Anderson Global, is expanding our Business Consulting team and is currently hiring experienced professionals for the following roles:

  • Business Consultant
  • Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking seasoned individuals with proven experience in consulting, corporate services, or advisory functions. Successful candidates will be placed into roles aligned with their experience, capability, and seniority level.

About the Role

You will join a dynamic consulting environment supporting regional and international clients across business advisory, corporate services, compliance, and operational consulting functions.

In this role, you will leverage your prior experience to contribute to client engagements, deliver strategic solutions, and support business operations across multiple industries. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and independently support client accounts and business portfolios.
  • Analyse client requirements and deliver tailored business and operational solutions.
  • Conduct and oversee compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and statutory adherence.
  • Perform advanced research, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records.
  • Lead or support client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and develop partnerships and business opportunities to support growth initiatives.
  • Track, monitor, and contribute to business development and revenue initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, including AI, FinTech, Web3, and emerging industry developments.

Requirements

Requirements may vary depending on the level applied for.

General preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5+ years of relevant professional experience (depending on role level).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client advisory skills.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships or project delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and execution ability.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese language ability is an advantage for client liaison.
