Senior Business Consultant

SYNTHESIS is looking for a Manager to Senior Manager-level Business Consultant to join our Singapore office and drive transformation initiatives for clients, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector.

In this role, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to identify business challenges, shape transformation agendas, and lead consulting workstreams across AI transformation, digital transformation, organizational transformation, operating model design, and business process improvement.

We are looking for someone with solid consulting experience, strong client-facing skills, and a practical understanding of how financial institutions operate. The ideal candidate is able to connect business, organization, technology, and AI perspectives, and translate high-level transformation themes into practical execution plans.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead workstreams, manage client communication, guide project delivery, and contribute to the growth of SYNTHESIS Singapore as we expand our APAC presence.

Requiements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in strategy, business, management, or technology consulting. 
• Experience working with clients in banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Experience or strong interest in AI transformation, digital transformation, organizational transformation, or change management. 
• Ability to connect business and technology perspectives and drive practical outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and growing environment.
• Business-level English and Mandarin.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in AI transformation, GenAI adoption, AI-enabled business transformation, or technology-enabled transformation. 
• Experience in banking DX, digital platform strategy, customer experience transformation, or operational efficiency improvement.
• Experience in organizational transformation, change management, capability building, or operating model redesign.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, business leaders, or transformation teams.
• Experience in APAC or cross-border project environments.
• Hands-on exposure to data, AI, automation, or digital solution implementation is a plus.
