Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels (cold-calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships).
- Build strong relationships with SME owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to structure loan applications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory).
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with SME loans or financial products will be a plus (training provided).
