Responsibilities:
As a Business Consultant, you will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and revenue. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support long-term planning and business development initiatives. Any other duties and tasks may be assigned by the Manager when required.
Job Description:
. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients
. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners
. Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management
. Monitor company performance indicators and suggest improvement plans
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
. Provide professional consultation on cost control, workflow optimization, and risk management
. Assist in developing sales strategies and business expansion plans
. Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects when required
. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
. Willing to work on weekends or overtime when necessary
. Analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities for revenue growth
. Assisting leadership with long-term planning and competitive strategy
. Researching market trends, customer needs, competitors
. Evaluating pricing, distribution, and product positioning
. Recommending process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
. Working with teams across departments (sales, supply chain, marketing)
. Supporting sales strategy, partnerships, key account management
. Helping to identify and pursue new business leads
. Preparing reports for management on findings and recommendations
. Presenting insights to senior leadership
. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
. Understanding of food supply chains or wholesale markets
. Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams

Requirement:
. At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy planning, or related roles..
. Must possess at least a Degree in any field.
. Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
. Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
. Bilingual in English and Hindi, with the ability to liaise effectively with English and Hindi-speaking clients and workers.
. Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.
. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
. Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
