Job Description:
- Assess client requirements within the AEC sector and propose appropriate BIM or digital construction solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
- Generate new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, compile reports, and meet assigned sales goals.
- Keep abreast of BIM advancements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years in sales experience in construction technology or software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
