Responsibilities

Engage potential customers through face-to-face interactions to build genuine connections and promote brand awareness
Convert conversations into measurable sales outcomes to help brands reach new customers
Represent and communicate the value of established brands and campaigns clearly and confidently
Develop communication, sales, and interpersonal skills through daily interactions and coaching
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
Progress from team member to team leader by demonstrating leadership and goal achievement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Willingness to learn and receive 1-to-1 coaching to build sales and communication skills
Openness to travel opportunities to support brand campaigns
Motivation to pursue career progression and leadership development
Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet performance-based goals
