Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new channels to drive sustainable growth and profitability, including preparing and presenting tailored business solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, offering updated business solutions and proposing joint promotions aligned with their strategies and growth objectives.
- Conduct price reviews, cost assessments, and financial analysis for each store/business to capture new opportunities, expand existing B2B outlets/stations, or phase out underperforming ones.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance production and delivery efficiency, ensuring consistent service excellence.
- Identify and secure potential sites for retail expansion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- At least 7 years in F&B Business Development / Commercial Management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
