Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Banking Sales Manager to lead our acquisition efforts in Singapore. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Cash Team, you will be responsible for conducting customer due diligence and KYC to onboard existing-to-bank entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Due Diligence and KYC: Ensure thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks are performed prior to onboarding new customers, guaranteeing compliance with mandatory banking policies and procedures.
Introduce Banking Products and Services: Promote the Bank's suite of banking products and services to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Identify Cross-Selling and Up-Selling Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other services and products, referring these opportunities to relevant teams to capture additional revenue.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial banking
Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers in the commercial banking space
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle volume
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
