Business Associate (Dance Choreography and Artist Management)

This is a collaboration groundbreaking project in the area of dance artist management through Blophers Music Dance Production in Singapore. The project aims to compass talented aspiring potential dancers to their professional dance floors as iconic groups of dance idols!

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of dance auditions organize by the Company.
• Manage dancers professional programmes upon auditioned.
• Assist in signing of contract between the Company and the dance artists.
• Handle the artists professional exposures, engagements, and success!

Requirements:

• A certified dance choreographer (preferably Hip Hop, Street Dance, or K-Pop) with a minimum 5 years of experience in competition and performance settings.
• A leader, a manager, or a coach who have a minimum 3 years of experience managing dancers for competitions or performances.
• A creative dancer who has a minimum 1 year of experience in creating own dance moves.
• Experience in dance-influenced social media marketing will be an added advantage.
