Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis and lead key initiatives to improve operational performance and delivery experience
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify pain points and recurring issues across regional and local operations
- Analyse diverse and dynamic datasets related to logistics operations and user behaviors, deriving valuable insights to address complex challenges
- Utilise advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making
- Track and measure the impact of implemented initiatives, providing regular updates on the effectiveness and outcomes of data-driven strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related or analytics-focused field
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in user-centric roles or organizations
- Comfortable working with dataable to draw insights, build reporting templates, and propose practical, data-driven solutions
- Ability to generate impactful insights with an in-depth understanding of users needs on e-commerce platforms
- Effectively communicate and coordinate processes and projects in a clear and succinct manner to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to make an impact and drive business goals
