Experience
-At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
-Minimum 3-5 years experience working in F&B environment (Simphony Cloud experience an advantage).
-Experience in F&B related application system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
-Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall),
-showcasing adaptability.
-Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
