Standard Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements validation sessions
Develop process flows, use cases, and system documentation
Support system testing, user training, and change management
Perform data analysis and create business intelligence reports
Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and implementation
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Domain:
4+ years business analysis experience in government/public sector
Knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance requirements
Familiarity with AWS or GCC cloud environments
Experience in supporting internet-facing eServices operations
Experience with government digital transformation initiatives
Experience with authentication (e.g. Active Directory and Singpass/Corppass) gateway integration OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SOAP API
Experience with payment gateway integration solutions (e.g. integrate with banks for various payment methods such as GIRO, PayNow and respective reconciliation jobs)
Experience with Financial Institutes or payment gateways (e.g. DBS, Stripe)
Proficiency in CI/CD tools, such as GitLab Wiki, GitLab Dependency Scanning, Fortify on Demand etc.
Business Analysis
CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent business analysis certification preferred
Experience with process modelling and workflow documentation
Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
