About the role:
You will work at the intersection of business analysis and UX design, translating user insights into actionable requirements and intuitive product designs.
Playing a key role in ensuring solutions are user-centric, data-driven, and aligned with business goals, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Gather and analyse business and user requirements
- Conduct user interviews, research, and usability studies
- Translate insights into functional requirements and solution recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Create user journeys, personas, and user flows
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma)
- Support delivery teams with clear documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Drive continuous improvement using data and user feedback
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Tools & Environment:
- Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
- Miro / FigJam (workshops, journey mapping)
- Jira / Confluence (Agile delivery)
Requirements
- You should have a minimum of 6 solid years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering as well as strong hands-on in UX research and design capability
- Hands-on experience with Figma (wireframing & prototyping)
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Any prior experience in end-to-end product lifecycle, public sector or large-scale enterprise systems will be highly regarded.
- Ability to balance business priorities with user needs
