Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders

. Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver banking solutions

. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

. Participate in solution design for corporate banking and payments platforms

. Support UAT, SIT, and production rollout activities

. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

. Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

Requirements:

. Proven experience in Corporate Internet Banking or Payments domain

. Strong knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, FAST, etc.)

. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
