Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cheque clearing processes.
Work closely with business users and technical teams to define functional specifications.
Map existing and future-state process flows related to SGD & USD cheque clearing.
Support system enhancements, defect analysis, and UAT activities.
Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory and operational needs.
Prepare business cases, BRDs, FSDs, and user stories as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domain.
Mandatory: Domain expertise in Singapore cheque clearing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Familiarity with MAS guidelines, cheque truncation system (CTS), and clearing cycles is preferred.
