Role: Business Analyst
Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L2)
Duration: 12 Months (renewable)

Job Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for business units requiring technology or operations enablement.
- Prioritize business requests and co-create a Business Roadmap with business segments.
- Support Biz T&O Head with project pipeline planning, pre-project activities, and QR prioritization.
- Foster effective business change through strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and operational partners.
2. High-Level Solutioning
- Develop high-level solutions to demonstrate feasibility in meeting business outcomes.
- Ensure solution alignment with technology roadmap and strategy, in consultation with enterprise architecture and technology services teams.
- Collaborate with business users and technology teams to define and analyze requirements.
- Initiate implementation plans for Group T&O projects, including operational and technical preparations.
3. Change Implementation Planning & Management
- Scope and evaluate new initiatives, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and risk.
- Work with cross-functional teams-BAs, architects, tech services, testing-to define and clarify requirements.
- Coordinate smooth delivery of solutions with the business technology services team.
- Review test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure alignment of deliverables with business expectations.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
4. Managing RUN (Business-As-Usual Operations)
- Communicate and update business stakeholders on critical production issues.
- Conduct regular reviews with business on system stability, responsiveness, and incident root causes.
- Track and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service levels between GTO and business segments identify and close performance gaps.
5. Sustainable Improvements
- Build sustainable processes to measure business value and ROI from T&O resource allocation.
- Propose and design system improvements by analyzing current practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong business domain knowledge in Banking, especially Trade Finance.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
- Understanding of technology and operational workflows across banking functions.
- Team player, adaptable and resourceful.
- Familiarity with change management and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments with a diligent and resilient mindset.
- Experience in scoping and evaluating initiatives, with focus on risk, scalability, and cost.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or consulting.
Key Domain / Technical Skills
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and a great team player.
- Preferably with technical IT-related skills.
- Prior experience in Trade Finance is preferred.
