Job Title: Business Analyst
Role Overview: Act as a trusted partner to senior management, supporting strategic initiatives, investment exposure, change management, and operational efficiency. This role blends strategic thinking, investment learning, and execution, enabling the family office to operate effectively and adapt to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
- Support transformation and change management projects, including process improvements, organizational design, and adoption of new systems.
- Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Support senior management on long-term planning and business development initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality materials, decks, and reports for management meetings.
- Translate complex data and project outcomes into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Track follow-ups and outcomes from strategic discussions and initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare relevant materials, summaries, or background information for MD review.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on actions assigned during MD-led initiatives or meetings.
- Manage and monitor projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate execution of initiatives.
- Take ownership of specific ad-hoc projects as assigned, providing analysis, recommendations, and implementation support.
- Maintain office organization and tidiness, ensuring supplies are stocked and spaces are well-managed.
- Maintain an organized filing structure for corporate, operational, and investment-related documents.
- Assist with document formatting, record keeping, and administrative follow-ups across different projects.
- Oversee master data management, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and tracking service agreements or contracts.
- Support the oversight of the IT infrastructure, including hardware upgrades, system improvements, and technology enhancements.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors on cybersecurity measures, system maintenance, and upgrades.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices, such as password policies, access controls, and secure data management.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, security, and digital tools used within the office.
