Business Analyst

. Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.

. Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions

. Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset.

. Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.
