Nature of Service:
1. Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
2. Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority's contractors/vendors.
3. Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek concensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
4. Documentation of process models using the Authority's preferred tool.
Required Role's competencies, skills & knowledge
5. Relevant credentials and qualifications.
6. Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Deployed Staff) of relevant experience in performing the Role.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders.
9. Strong problem-solving skills for identifying issues, evaluating alternative solutions, and recommending the best course of action to meet business objectives.
