Business Analyst (Temenos Triple'A)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's Wealth Management IT Transformation program in Singapore on a contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving the Temenos Wealth Suite, supporting investment advisory, portfolio management, client suitability, and integration with core banking and digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and perform impact analysis
• Produce and review functional specifications and documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams
• Refine product backlogs and support Agile delivery
• Review SIT test cases and support UAT activities
• Contribute to change management and production support when required

We're looking for someone with:

✅ 6–8+ years of Business Analysis experience in software delivery

✅ Strong experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking projects

✅ Temenos Triple'A core scripting knowledge (Mandatory)

✅ Functional knowledge of portfolio management, investment advisory, or order lifecycle

✅ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

✅ Understanding of REST APIs (development experience is a plus)

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with core banking transformation projects
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
• SAFe, Design Thinking, Cybersecurity, or French language knowledge
