Business analyst Tax

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Private Banking technology team supporting regulatory and tax reporting initiatives. You will work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions across complex banking systems and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Produce GFS, DFS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
• Provide expertise on regulatory reporting topics and validate proposed technical solutions.
• Support solution design, SIT, UAT, and production implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement reviews.
• Analyze cross-system impacts and recommend solutions for multi-application environments.
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and change management standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• 5+ years of experience on tax or regulatory reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m, German Tax Reporting, or Client Tax Statements.
• Good understanding of private banking products and core banking platforms (e.g., Olympic, Temenos Transact, AAA).
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and testing activities (SIT/UAT).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across Asia and Europe in a fast-paced environment.
