We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst in Singapore for one of our banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from end users/Product Owners and document DFS/GFS/user stories.
- Conduct functional analysis across multiple systems and interfaces.
- Work with developers on system design, development, and unit testing.
- Oversee SIT strategy, test cases, execution, and UAT support.
- Ensure production readiness and assist in governance, security, and architecture deliverables.
- Diagnose and resolve issues, recommending solutions to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
- Analyze and bridge gaps between European and Asian banking processes.
- Support project lifecycle, vendor management, and PM/SM activities.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in IT banking, with 5+ years in Tax/Regulatory topics (e.g., German Tax, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m).
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management operations and financial products.
- Experience with large, distributed IT teams and SaaS/Cloud projects.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Banking systems knowledge (e.g., Olympic, TRANSACT, AAA).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SIT/UAT management, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence.
- Knowledge of reporting tools (EasyTax, FiTax, SECTRAS, SIX).
- Familiarity with Client Management Systems, Data Warehouses, Batch Reporting.
