Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Review functional, design, and interface specifications.
Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and requirements clarification.
Analyze transaction flows, data mapping, and system integrations.
Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
Review solution designs and vendor deliverables.
Support project governance, risk management, and reporting.
Maintain project documentation and project status updates.
Support Cash Management, Payments, and Transaction Banking transformation projects.
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
Atleast 3 years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.
Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.
Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.
Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review.
Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have.
Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
