Business Analyst/ System Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Gather and analyze business and system requirements.

. Review functional, design, and interface specifications.

. Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and requirements clarification.

. Analyze transaction flows, data mapping, and system integrations.

. Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders.

. Review solution designs and vendor deliverables.

. Support project governance, risk management, and reporting.

. Maintain project documentation and project status updates.

. Support Cash Management, Payments, and Transaction Banking transformation projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.

. Atleast 3 years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.

. Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking.

. Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications.

. Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows.

. Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review.

. Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have.

. Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have.

. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

. Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
