Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to identify trends, gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, and collaborating with teams to recommend effective solutions. This role involves ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and contributing to the improvement of organizational practices and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Experience with Business Processes and understanding of workflows
• Ability to define and document clear and actionable Business Requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus
