Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for stablecoin integration and related digital asset initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements aligned with blockchain and stablecoin technologies.
- Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and documentation for development teams.
- Support regulatory and compliance assessments for stablecoin products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
- 12 years of hands-on experience with stablecoin projects (implementation, operations, or strategy).
- Strong background in fintech and digital assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with banking processes and regulatory frameworks for digital currencies.
