Role Description
The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements. This role is key in improving processes, supporting system implementations, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. Business Analysts drive efficiency and innovation by combining analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, tools, or processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and reports to guide decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in change management activities, including training and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 06 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with project management and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous.
