Business Analyst (Singapore based)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is hungry, driven, passionate in operation improvement and promoting new technologies to the aviation and logistics industry to achieve strategic business goals and with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate can expect to help in understanding client problems, identifying business improvement opportunities, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations to client executives and support the implementation of the necessary changes, technologies and facilitate organisational change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives

Translating the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic digital, technology, change management and organisation strategies

Diagnosing business processes or organisational problems, and leveraging data analytics to determine how our clients can seize new opportunities

Driving a rigorous approach to solving problems in the context of global, economic, technological, and social trends

Developing innovative answers to complex business challenges

Recommending and implementing changes, and ensuring a successful transition to what's new

Work closely with the multi-national team to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Prepare data-driven insights and reports to client executives

• Support solution roadmap development

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Logistics, IT, Data Science or Computer Science related field

Passionate in driving business improvements with technology

Strong Critical Thinking, Anaytical and Problem Solving Skills

Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management

Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong passion in Startup environment

Ability to communicate professionally, illustrate findings and conduct presentations

Fluency in Vietnamese and English

Proficiency with business intelligence and data analytics tools

Have a passion for aviation and logistics is a plus
