We are expanding our team of Project Managers and Business Analysts and are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who are keen in developing Enterprise based web applications. The applying candidates should be able to demonstrate creativity in deriving solutions for different project/scenarios as well as being proficient in software development lifecycles and willing to work as a team player. The Challenge:
- Communicatewith the various product teams to empathize and understand the ask (objective)before driving and formulating the best solution, working with internal teams where required.
- Formulate strategies that take into consideration both the business and company's objectives.
- Lead interviews and/or user journey sessions with product teams.
- Facilitate discussions between the various product and internal teams.
- Work with the Project Manager and Product Owner on risk identification, assessment and management.
- Report, update and (where necessary) persuade/negotiate key stakeholders to align with business objectives and strategy.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements or user stories in a productbacklog.
- Create test strategies, processes and automation to incrementally ensure development is ontrack and aligned with functional requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all functional requirements are met.
- Create functional requirement specifications, training guides, user manuals and otherrelated documentation to maintain knowledge throughout the project life cycle.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma or above with a computer science related major.
- About 2 years experience in project management and/or business analyst or equivalent roles.
- More experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise level systems - with at least 1 full product development cycle.
- Strong web application design capability and ability to understand user experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
- Ability to learn, apply and adapt.
The following will be advantageous:
. Knowledge and experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.) design and setup.
. Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification or equivalent.
. Past development or consulting experience.
. Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas (enterprise Content Management Systems, content curation, knowledge management and service design)
