Job Title: Business Analyst ServiceNow
Location: Singapore (open to Singaporeans/SPR)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow development knowledge who can analyze business requirements and support ServiceNow platform implementation and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow modules
Work closely with stakeholders to understand process improvements
Translate requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow development
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, workflows, forms)
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Collaborate with developers and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills:
Strong Business Analysis experience
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/configuration
Knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience with workflows, forms, and scripting (JavaScript in ServiceNow)
Good communication and analytical skills
