Business Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement, operation and modernisation of large-scale digital platforms. You'll work with business and technology teams to turn user and operational needs into clear requirements, support system testing, and help deliver platform improvements that benefit the public.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
• Develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases for system enhancements, upgrades and implementations
• Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution
• Maintain functional specifications, process flows, user guides and system documentation
• Support the planning and implementation of system roadmaps, enhancements and upgrades

Requirements:

• Degree in Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management or system implementation.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with content management systems, website platforms, search technologies or chatbot solutions.
• Experience with AWS or government cloud environments would be advantageous.
